Tendon Repair Surgery in India: Tendon surgery is done for a variety of reasons, including the repair of tears to the tendon caused by accidents or athletic injuries.

The surgeon examines the tendon to see whether it is thickened and in a damaged state.

If it is, the tendon is cut and sutured with surgical staples, and the surgeon fills the wound with a material that will hold the stitches in place for a few weeks.
