- The employee should go to https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site en/index.php first.
- From the drop-down menu, the employee must choose ‘e-Passbook.’
- The employee must enter his or her UAN, password, and captcha data in the new tab.
- The employee must then click ‘Login.’
- The employee’s Member ID will be displayed on the next page. If an employee has multiple Member IDs, they will all be displayed on the screen.
- The employee must select the Member ID for which he or she wants to get the PF statement.
- When an employee clicks on the Member ID, all information about the PF account is displayed, including the employer’s name, the employee’s name, the location of the office, the employer’s and employee’s shares, and the contribution made to the Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS) account.
- The employee will also be able to download the PF statement in PDF format and print it.

EPF members can also use the EPFO App to download their passbook. The procedure for downloading the passbook using the EPFO App is as follows:
- To begin, go to the Google Play Store and download the M-Sewa app.
- To begin, open the app and select “Let’s Get Started.”
- Select EPF Services from the drop-down menu.
- Select the E-Passbook option from the drop-down menu.
- To log in, enter your UAN and password.
- Click on ‘View Passbook’ after selecting the ‘Member ID.’
