Good backpack
Most trips use a backpack, and short trips use a carry-on backpack. Suitcases aren’t for us, but we have an arrangement on how to make that decision.

Protect your eyes. This is absolutely essential, especially if there is water or snow. We have found a brand we like and would like to recommend to you. I always bought Oakley. These were the only sunglasses I found that was impossible to break thanks to the frame hinges from the pop-up arm. When your arm goes down, put it back. Reusable Water Bottle
The water bottle that D can see by filling in the picture above was a cheap purchase at the supermarket. It’s small but less than a liter, but it was great for us. The lid does not leak at all, the backpack is not upside down, and it is slightly insulated. I also love plastic steel. Active travel requires something bigger. Here, I filled it out at the airport before the flight. We once loved our sigs! Sigg water bottles are Rolls-Royce in the world of water bottles and are expensive and we have had them for years. These days, the cheapest stainless steel bottles are on the top. Ours is a little insulating, but it’s not always good, if you pour a hot liquid into it to cool it (eg boiling water to drink) it will stay warm forever increase.
